The assistant on our Book page and on clintonfindlay.com. It answers service and pricing questions from approved answers only, then books consultations straight onto an Outlook calendar, with the invite sent automatically.
Forwarded calls get a custom greeting and a recording; speech-to-text and Claude turn the message into a summary with the caller's name, number, need, and urgency. Every webhook is signature-checked and recordings are deleted after transcription.

Replaced a fragile nightly flat-file and FTP reporting pipeline with an automated, idempotent sync from a graph database into a SQL data warehouse, adding retention and active-user metrics the business couldn't measure before.
